Janice Louise McKelvey of Memphis, MO, passed away October 31, 2002.

She was born January 15, 1937, in Pennsylvania to John and Louise (Mousley) Lutz.

Janice married Miles David McKelvey, August 25, 1956, and he preceded her in death. They had four children, and two preceded her in death, David McKelvey and Theresa Markley.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, John Pennacle.

She is survived by a son, James McKelvey and a daughter, Sophie McKelvey; 12 grandchildren, a sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Raymond Peek; a sister-in-law, Grace Pennacle, and numerous nephews and nieces; and a host of friends and other relatives.

Janice was a loving and out-going person, and loved to spend time with friends. She was a very active Jehovah's Witness since 1992 and a full-time evangelizer from 1998 - 2002. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

A memorial service was held November 4, 2002, with the Words of Comfort and Message by Dartly Eskew.
