Hilma Marie Worrell, 94, of Kahoka, MO, died December 15, 2002, at the Clark County Nursing Home, Kahoka, MO.

She was born November 5, 1908, in Clark County, near Wyaconda, MO, a daughter of Royal (Roy) E. and Anna Anthony Lipper.

She married John Elvin Worrell on March 10, 1932 in Luray, MO. He preceded her in death on June 7, 1986.

Hilma was a lifelong resident of Clark County, moving to Kahoka, MO in 1976. She was of the Protestant faith and a past member of the local Extension Clubs. She enjoyed doing needlework and loved to travel.

Survivors include two daughters, Dixie Blum and her husband, Wayne of Kahoka, MO, and Carolyn Conger and her husband, Lyle of Collins, MS; two granddaughters, Betsy Conger of Collins, MS and Teresa Miller and her husband, Jerry Lee of Kahoka, MO; two great-grandchildren, Tessa and Jacob Miller and nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Terri Beth Holmes; one sister, Iva Watson; six brothers, Irvin, Floyd, Lester, Walter, Herbert and Dallas Lipper and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Orville and Thelma Worrell.

Funeral services were held December 21, 2002 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka, MO with Reverends Kenneth Beckmann and Dick Clifford officiating. Burial was in the Kahoka Cemetery. Memorials have been suggested to the Clark County Marching Band or the donor's choice.
