SCBPA To Learn About Chamber Of Commerce

How can Memphis and Scotland County benefit from having a Chamber of Commerce? SCBPA (Scotland County Business and Professional Association) members will explore this topic on February 11. The meeting will be held at 6:00 P.M. at Java Jitters on the west side of the square in Memphis. Kristi Ray, with the Missouri State Chamber of Commerce and Alisa Kiger, Executive Director of the Kirksville Area Chamber will speak to the SCBPA about the benefits in terms of economic development, tourism, and business education. Current members of the SCBPA are strongly encouraged to attend this important meeting. Potential members are also encouraged to come see what the SCBPA can do for them. SCBPA membership is open to businesses, professionals, or anyone with an interest in the economic vitality of Scotland County.
