Twins Planning To Take Part In Antique Fair

A trio of duos was featured in a special article in the Memphis Democrat in 1953. The news story focused on six twins that were enrolled at Scotland County R-I High School. Now 50 years later the girls are planning a special get together.

The three sets of twins, Evelyn and Marilyn Prebe; Carolyn and Marilyn Bull; and Donna and Dixie Hunt are getting back together just in time for the 2003 Antique Fair this weekend in Memphis and they don't plan on being alone.

Donna, Dixie and Marilyn are attempting to organize a special float in the parade and they feel like they should have a full crowd. The ladies have already identified no fewer than 20 other sets of twins in Scotland County and hope that they will find more to join them marching in the main event Saturday afternoon.

The twins will be just one of a number of exciting new twists sure to be on hand at the Antique Fair. See the schedule of events inside this issue on Page 14-15 and make plans now to attend.
