Jessie Cotton To Compete In 2004 Miss Clark County Pageant

A Scotland County R-I senior will be among the seven local contestants to compete in the 15th Annual Miss Clark County Scholarship Pageant to be held on Saturday, November 15.

Jessie Cotton, the daughter of Tom and Teresa Cotton of Memphis, will be competing for the 2004 Miss Clark County crown.

Other contestants include Heather St. Clair, daughter of Robert and Mary St. Clair of Wyaconda; Abigail Scott, daughter of Mike and Sue Scott; Tasha Sanders, daughter of Dana Sanders; Amee Sutterfield, daughter of Greg and Evalena Sutterfield; Amber Brown, daughter Steve and Martha Six; and Mandy McDaniel, daughter of Randy and Tammy McDaniel; all of Kahoka.

The event is still seeking community support to help with the pageant’s scholarships and other prizes.

“We are asking for your help in supporting our program,” said pageant director Michelle Hess. “They all help with the furthering of our young women’s educations.”
