Joan (Jody) McClamroch, 61, of Bucklin, MO died August 23, 2003, at Northeast Regional Hospital in Kirksville, MO.

Mary Joan, daughter of Charles and Mary (Miller) Tromerhauser, was born February 8, 1942, in Trenton, MO.

On March 15, 1986, she married Denver McClamroch.

Mrs. McClamroch had been a job coach at Senate Bill 40 in Brookfield, MO. She had worked at Wal-Mart in Brookfield, MO and had worked for Reynolds Publishing Company. She also owned a dog kennel and was a member of the American Pet Association. She attended the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church near Bucklin, MO.

Survivors include her husband, Denver of Bucklin, MO; four sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Linda Dennis of Humphreys, Ronnie and Cheryl Dennis of Avalon, MO, Randy and Keri Dennis of Utica, MO, and Rick and Kim McLaughlin of Brookfield, MO; two step-sons, Mark McClamroch and wife, Patty of Bucklin, MO and Wyatt McClamroch of Downing, MO; a step-daughter, Kelly Ketchum and husband, Bill of Downing, MO; and 16 grandchildren, Derick and Dylan Dennis, Kalie Sobotka and Caleb Dennis, Nathan and Dawson Dennis, Jacob and Jordan McClaughlin, Jessie and Jason Ketchum, Courtney McClamroch Wild and Cody McClamroch, and Violet, Crystal, Amy and Dakota McClamroch; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Hillis and Elizabeth McClamroch of Memphis, MO.

Her parents and a sister, Margaret Campbell, preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held August 26, 2003, at the Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield, MO, with Rev. Don Kabel and Rev. Duane Campbell officiating. Music was by Jim Ingraham and Gary Wild. Casket bearers were Mark Nickerson, Kenny Griffin, Roger Stone, Ronnie McLaughlin, Gary Lane, and Richard Young. Honorary bearers were Randall Young, Charles Tracy, Jerry Parks, Eric Bright, Jordan Bentley, and Brian Harrington. Burial was in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Bucklin, MO.
