Outdoor Shop Leases Building On City Square

A new bow shop has entered a lease with the City of Memphis for office space on the Memphis City Square. Little Fox Outdoor Shop is leasing the storefront on the south side of the square.

The site, which formerly housed the Dollar General Store, was recently donated to the City of Memphis by former owner Joan Mankopf. The city council announced the business deal for the new store at the February 5 meeting.

Mayor Ron Alexander stated store owners Steve and Donna Shoop had indicated plans for a store that will carry hunting supplies, featuring archery gear, new bows as well as an indoor archery range.
