Memphis Theatre To Host Musical Tribute To Sinatra

“My Way” is a musical tribute and celebration of Frank Sinatra. The Memphis Community Players’ production by David Grapes and Todd Olson will present a collection of unique songs made famous by Sinatra.

Ten medleys consisting of songs joined together by such themes as Cities, Broadway, Love and Marriage, and Survivors contain scenarios like “boy meets girl” and “boy loses girl”. “The topics of love and romance occupy most of Sinatra’s 1360 recordings. Therefore, ‘My Way’ is largely about the subject of romance and relationships.” (Grapes/Todd)

The musical performances will run from July 13-17, at the Memphis Theatre at 7:30 p.m. For ticket information or to make reservations call 660-465-2277.
