NMCAA To Host Back To School Fair July 30th

It seems like the school year just ended, but students are preparing to head back to class in August. The Northeast Missouri Community Action Agency will help make the return to class a little easier with the Annual Back to School Fair set for July 30 in Memphis.

Students will have a chance to pick up free school supplies courtesy of area donors at the fair to be held at the SCR-I North School from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

“We have gathered suggested supplies lists from all the schools and hope to have the materials available for students to pick up that day,” said NMCAA Director Beverly Talbert.

Talbert suggested that students planning to attend the event pre-register at the Community Action Agency in Memphis. There will be drawings that day for four $50 gift certificates from Pamida. Entrants that pre-register will have a greater chance of winning the prizes.
