OSA I. HASPER
(4/13/1921 – 10/31/2004)



Osa I. Hasper, 83, of Kahoka, MO, died October 31, 2004 at her home in Kahoka, MO.

She was born April 13, 1921 in rural Granger, MO, a daughter of Reginold Carlisle and Georgianna Shannan Busby.

She was married to Charles Hasper. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her sister, Lyda Vice and her brother, Shannan Busby, both of Kahoka, MO, and several nieces and nephews including Ron Busby and his wife, Karen of Luray, MO.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Philena Calvert; her brother-in-law, Ward Calvert; and her sister-in-law, Juanita Busby.

Osa grew up in Granger, MO, graduating from the Granger High School. She worked for many years at Sheaffer Pen Corporation and Ortho in Fort Madison, IA. She then moved to Las Vegas, NV, where she lived for 25 years. While there she worked in real estate and at a Jewelry Center. She returned to Kahoka, MO in April of 2004. Osa enjoyed going to the casinos while living in Las Vegas. She loved spending time with her family.

Osa’s wishes were to be cremated. There were no services held. A memorial has been established by the family and memorials may be left at or mailed to The Vigen Memorial Home, 278 West Main Street, Kahoka, MO 63445. The memorials will be forwarded to the family.
