Show-Me Speedway Closing Out 2004 Season In September

A total of 53 entries packed the track at Show-Me Speedway in Downing for the September 11th race.

Cameron Snyder took the checkered flag in the Rookie division. The #26 kart bested Alex Macomber in the #21 and Elliot O’Neal in the #8.

In the Junior I division Zach Hahn (#20) took the win ahead of Tyler Moore (#33) and Jacob Rea (#56).

John Fox headed to the winner’s circle in the Junior II feature race. He defeated Tyler Hagar and Wes Golden.

The Junior I Heavy division went to the #20 kart Zach Hahn. Tyler Moore #33 was second with #44 Andy Garrett finishing third.

Adam Baker took the #22 kart to the head of the class in the Stock division. He beat Ashley Hutchinson (#2) and Jeannie Hutchinson (#12).

In the Over 40 division it was the #711 of Rhea Golden finishing on top. She edged out David Kirkpatrick (#48) and Jay Brush (#2).

Kenny Fox of Kirksville was the lucky winner of the 50/50 drawing. Holley Ellis of Tracy, IA, and Jo O’Neal of Trenton won the drawings for free track T-shirts.

The track will host a make-up race September 18th from the August 28th rain out. Hot laps will start at 6:00 p.m. with racing action beginning at 7:00 p.m.
