Salvation Army Volunteer Bell Ringers Needed in Memphis

“Ring Christmas Bells” is an old familiar holiday song and is the battle cry for the Salvation Army. It is time once again to ring the bells for this worthwhile organization.

The Salvation Army you know it helps support the needs of those less fortunate, especially during the winter.

Here in Scotland County, 85% of all that you give to the red buckets stay in Scotland County to help out our own area residents. Ringing the bell is a great way to show your support.

Groups and organizations that need community support service hours are encouraged to volunteer ringing. Need has no age limit and neither does the volunteer services of bell ringing. To volunteer or to give a donation this year, please contact Teresa Skinner at the First Baptist Church in Memphis, 465-2060, on Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
