Highway 15 Resurfacing Work To Begin Next Week

Route 15 from the Route 136 junction west of Memphis to Route 6 junction at Edina will be resurfaced with asphalt this spring.

The contractor, W.L. Miller Company of Hamilton, IL plans to begin operations April 10 near Memphis and proceed south towards Edina. The contractor plans to work five, 10-hour days a week with no work proposed on Good Friday.

Work should be completed in early May, weather permitting.

Traffic will be handled on existing pavement, but restricted to one lane during the operations.

Motorists are urged to use caution in and around the work zone during construction of the project.
