Memphis Man Hurt In Crash On Route EE
A Memphis man suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 1:10 p.m. on Friday, April 21st.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Leonard E. Good, 20, was eastbound on Route EE approximately ½ mile east of the Highway 15 north junction when the accident occurred. Good was driving a 1973 Mercury Cougar when the car ran off the right side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected, and the car then went off the left side of the roadway where it overturned before coming to rest on its top.
Good was transported by the Scotland County Ambulance Service to Scotland County Memorial Hospital. The Scotland County Sheriff’s Department and Scotland County Fire and Rescue assisted the patrol at the scene.
Good was cited for careless and imprudent driving.
