Search Warrant Results In Three Drug Arrests
The execution of a search warrant in Memphis resulted in three drug-related arrests over the weekend. Officers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Scotland County Sheriff’s Department, in conjunction with the North Missouri Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 8:12 p.m. Saturday, April 29th at RR 1 Box 59B, the Charles D. Ward residence, in Memphis.
Upon entering the home, officers discovered items of contraband in the home as well as on the person of three individuals inside the residence at that time.
Charles Ward and Brian M. Ward, were taken into custody and are facing felony methamphetamine-related charges as well as misdemeanor marijuana-related charges.
Also taken into custody was Duke Snyder of Memphis. He is facing misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The Memphis Police Department assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
