JEREMY WAYNE FORQUER

Jeremy Wayne Forquer, 19, of Gillette, WY, formerly of Arbela, MO, passed away in Gillette, WY, October 28, 2005.

He was born in Kirksville, MO, May 23, 1986, the son of Clinton and Doris Forquer.

Jeremy is survived by his parents, Clinton and Doris Forquer and sister, Jeannie Marie Forquer, all of Arbela, MO; grandmothers, Irene Owings of Memphis, MO and Doris L. Blake of Richland, IA; grandfather and step-grandmother, George and Sue Eslinger of Mountainview, MO; great-grandmother, Frankie Allen of Mountainview, MO; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will be receiving family and friends on Saturday, January 7, 2006, at the Scotland County Antique Fair Association building in Memphis, MO, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
