Bethany Rader Wins Tourney MVP Honors

Bethany Rader was the lone representative from Memphis to play in the 10 & Under Midwest Plains Babe Ruth Softball Tournament held in Monet, MO. Rader led the NEMO All-Stars team in dominant fashion as she pitched a total of 18 shutout innings, with an average of 2.5 strikeouts per inning on her way to earning Most Valuable Player Honors for the Tournament that featured top ranked teams from Missouri, Kansas and Colorado.

Bethany is the daughter of Richie and Lori Rader, the granddaughter of Leland and Dolores Hyde, Sandy Blake, Richard Rader, Sr. and the great-granddaughter of Charles and Ruth Alexander, all of Memphis.
