Earl M. Weiler, 64, of 61125 Hwy. C, High Point, MO, passed away on October 26, 2007, at his home.

He was born on July 7, 1943, in Lancaster County, PA, to Roland H. and Edith (Musser) Weiler.

On February 22, 1964 he was united in marriage to Lena M. Horst.

He moved to Leonard, MO in 1974. Later he had a dairy farm in Rutledge, MO, prior to his retirement from farming in 2002 due to failing health and moved to High Point, MO.

He was a member of Spring Hill Church, Latham, MO.

In addition to his wife he is survived by seven children, Janice (David) Martin of Memphis, MO, Nevin (Debra) of Rutledge, MO, Eugene (Lucinda) of Mt. Sterling, IA, Wayne (Mary Karen) of Greentop, MO, Earl Mark (Charlene) of Rutledge, MO, Wesley (Lynette) of Rutledge, MO, Galen (Lorella) of Rutledge, MO, and 37 grandchildren; four brothers, Carl (Ida) Weiler of Edina, MO, Leon (Marian) Weiler of Phelps, NY, Roland (Mary) Weiler of Rutledge, MO and Ralph (Verna) Weiler of Ephrata, PA.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Norman Weiler.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Spring Hill Mennonite Church. Burial was in Springhill Cemetery, Latham, MO. Officiating ministers were Ray Weaver, Leroy Martin, Nevin Good, and Brian Ehst. Pallbearers were Stanley Weiler, Shannon Weiler, Curvin Weiler, Neil Weiler, Troy Weiler, and Glen Weiler. Arrangements handled by Kidewell-Garber Funeral Home, Versailles, MO.
