Timber Ridge To Host Annual Fatherís Day Golf Tourney

Fatherís Day and golf go hand in hand and Timber Ridge Golf Course will try to accommodate the holiday with the Annual Fatherís Day two-man scramble golf tournament on Sunday, June 17th.

The popular event is split into two sessions, allowing up to 36 teams to compete in both a morning and afternoon round of 18-holes.

The morning tee time is set for 8:00 a.m. with the afternoon session getting underway at 12:30 p.m.

Golfers will be treated to breakfast being served starting at 7:00 a.m. A barbecue lunch will also be available to participants.

Sign-up sheets are posted at the course or golfers can register by calling 660-883-5341.

Father and son teams are welcomed with no age restrictions on participants for the holiday event. Rental carts will be available for $5 per seat and golfers will also have the opportunity to purchase mulligans.

The entry fee is $70 per two-man team.
