Chariton Valley provides 24 hour per day support services to individuals with developmental disabilities through fifteen different programs in Kirksville. The successful candidate will possess professional supervisory experience, strong management and organizational skills, as well as a positive, person-centered approach in working with people with disabilities. Applicants must possess at least a four-year college degree, preferably in a human services field of study. Administrative experience with non-profit, human service organizations is preferred. A solid background in personnel management, quality assurance, and organizational communications will be helpful. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
