Newcomers Take Stage This Week In Meet Me In St. Louis

Nine newcomers to the stage join veteran performers as “Meet Me in St. Louis” opens at the Memphis Theatre.

Chad Consbrock, Micah Cooley, Renee DeMarce, Hilary Harris, Brandon Monroe, Josh Parker, Abigail Quillin, Shelby Westhoff, and Jon Wullbrandt are performing for the first time in a Memphis Community Players, Inc. production. All newcomers, except Wullbrandt, are students at Scotland County R-I Schools.

All members of the Smith family, the turn-of-the-century family which is awaiting the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair, (except young star Abigail Quillin who portrays Tootie) are returning to the Memphis Theatre stage. The Smith family includes Lindsay Becraft, Schelle (maid, Katie) and McKinsay Cooley, Harlo Donelson, Joe, Lori, and Michael Fulk, and Brooke Wineingar.

Other veteran performers in the show are Tom, Teresa and Melissa Cotton, Brenda DeMarce, Jeff and Lynnette Dyer, Jordan Fulk, and Sharon O’Donnell, Jo Ann Peters, Cole Tippett (the boy next door), and Frank Wineingar.

Tickets for “Meet Me in St. Louis” are $8.00. For reservations call the Theatre at 660 465-2277.
