JUNIOR F. WEBSTER
(4/27/1931 – 5/12/2008)



Junior F. Webster, 77, of Wyaconda, MO, died Monday, May 12, 2008 at the Scotland County Memorial Hospital in Memphis, MO.

Junior was born April 27, 1931, in Kahoka, MO, the son of Carl Cecil Webster and Retta Rachel Colvin Webster. On December 25, 1950, Junior was united in marriage to Leela L. Rankin in Canton, MO. She preceded him in death on April 7, 2000.

Junior was a veteran of the United States Marines and proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict.

He retired from Freuhauf Corporation after 18 years of employment. Junior was also a farmer during and after the time he was employed at the Freuhauf Corporation.

He was a member of the New Woodville Church in rural Wyaconda.

Junior enjoyed woodworking and spending his time with his family.

Survivors include three daughters, Nedra “Mae” Eslinger of Wyaconda, MO, Julia Redding and her husband Jerry of Kahoka, MO, Linda Redding and her husband John of Wyaconda, MO, three sons, Danny Webster and his wife Sharon of Wyaconda, MO, Roger Ray Webster and his wife Tammy of Wyaconda, MO, James Webster of San Diego, CA, sixteen grandchildren, Melissa Burgess, Jeff Martin, Cristie Eslinger, Andy Eslinger, Jeannie Marsh, Joe Redding, Kimberly Kirchner, Richard Webster, Amber Webster, Jessica Otto, Cindy McDaniel, Carrie Redding, Thomas Redding, Cody Webster, Travis Webster, Kelley Webster, 21 great-grandchildren, Tiffany Miller, Yvonne Brown, Deianeira Burgess, Luke Burgess, Nicole Martin, Khyrstyne Martin, Shelby Roberts, Lexi Kelsey, Ian “Jack” Eslinger, Kylie Wrieden, Koban Eslinger, Kensi “Myrtle” Eslinger, Kendal and Allison Marsh, Mason Redding, Addison Kirchner, Chayce Webster, Thea Otto, Nick, Jacob, and Aaron McDaniel, one brother, Fred Webster and his wife Betty of Wyaconda, MO, one sister, Patsy Baker and her husband JD of Texas, one sister-in-law, Dorothy Webster of Wyaconda, MO, one brother-in-law, Glen Donaldson of Chino Valley, AZ and many nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, one son, Robert Wayne Webster, one brother, Eugene Webster and one sister, Mabel Donnelson.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka, MO with Rev. Ernest Deatrick officiating. Burial was in the New Woodville Cemetery, rural Wyaconda, MO.

Memorials may be made to the New Woodville Cemetery.

The Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka, MO is in charge of arrangements.
