Mizzou Boosters to Gather in Memphis

The annual gathering of University of Missouri Boosters will be held in Memphis on Thursday, September 10th at Keith’s Cafe. The steak dinner will start at 6:00 p.m. and be followed by a presentation by representatives from the University of Missouri.

MU Athletic Director Mike Alden will be joined by Assistant Media Relations Director Josh Murray, the voice of the Tigers Mike Kelly and fellow broadcaster Gary Link for the trip to Memphis which has become a yearly trek to visit with the Tiger faithful in northeast Missouri. The remainder of the slate of speakers from the university will be announced at a later date. Past guests have included football coach Gary Pinkle, and University of Missouri Chancellor Brady Deaton.

The event is limited to the first 50 guests. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased by calling organizer Dr. Harlo Donelson at 660.465.7770 or by stopping by the dental office on the west side of the Memphis square.
