Anna Verlee Stoneburner, 83, of Muscatine, IA, passed away on September 10, 2008 at Unity Hospital.

Funeral services were held September 15, 2008 at the George M. Wittich-Lewis home for Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Casketbearers were David Albery, Brian Albery, Michael Albery, Scott Stoneburner, Nathan Null and John Marquis. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery. Verlee Found was born on May 3, 1925, in Arbela, MO the daughter of Henry and Damia (Flick) Found.

On May 3, 1946, Verlee was united in marriage to Marcus Stoneburner in Memphis, MO.

She was member of the Moose where she earned the Academy of Friendship and College Degree, Lady Elks and the New Hope United Methodist Church. Verlee enjoyed playing cards, camping, traveling, reading, her dog Abby, but most of all she dearly loved spending time with her family.

Verlee will be deeply missed by her husband; her daughter, Sharon Snyder of Muscatine, IA, and her son, Mark Stoneburner and his wife, Sharon of Bettendorf, IA; and six step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Gladys Keach; one brother, Howard Found and son-in-law, Tom Snyder.
