JULI REBECCA JEFFRIES CHOLAK
(10/8/1971 – 11/3/2009)

Juli Rebecca Jeffries Cholak, 38, stepped into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, November 3, 2009. Juli was born October 8, 1971 to John and Sandi Jeffries of Raytown, Missouri. She spent her early years in the Raytown Schools and First Baptist Church of Raytown. At a young age she gave her life and heart to Jesus and loved and helped His people throughout her short life here on earth.

Juli graduated from Raytown High School in 1990. She graduated from UMKC with an education degree and began her career teaching in the Independence School District. Many elementary school children were blessed to be in her classroom and were dearly loved by Juli.

She was preceded in death by her loving grandparents, Kenneth and Margaret Pickett of Kirksville, MO, Fred and Grace Jeffries of Gorin, MO, and mother-in-law, Linda Cholak.

She is survived by her son, Blake Michael Cholak; her parents, John C. and Sandi Jeffries; her sisters, Jana Sue Muntz, Jerri Lynn Skinner and her husband, Dave; and her brother John Mark Jeffries and his wife, Candace; her Maternal aunt, Karen Franklin; her nephews, Derrick Muntz, Garrett Jeffries, Grant Jeffries; her nieces Candice Mozley Coit and Grace Jeffries. “Aunt JuJu” was a name she wore with joy and honor.

Juli’s son, Blake, was the joy of her life. They were bound in heart and mind and spent much time together. Juli was a mother first in life and it showed in the beautiful relationship with her son.

Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church of Raytown on November 6, 2009. Burial was in Brooking Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be given to Blake Cholak Education Fund P.O. Box 931 Raymore, MO 64083.
