Caldwell Signs Letter of Intent to Play Basketball at Missouri Valley College
Marshall, MO (April 3, 2009) — Missouri Valley College Basketball Coach Jolene Christensen announced today that Scotland County High School’s Kaitlin Caldwell, daughter of Debbi and Steve Caldwell has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for the Lady Vikings next year.
Kaitlin played basketball for the Scotland County R-I High School Lady Tigers for four years earning Second Team All-Conference and Second Team All-District Honors. She also played softball and was a member of the track team. Kaitlin was a member of the National Honor Society, FCA, Future Business Leaders of America, and Teens Against Tobacco Use (TATU) while attending SCR-I.
“Kaitlin has proven over her high school career that she is a winner,” said coach Christensen. “We are excited that Kaitlin has chosen to bring her experience and her leadership to our program.”
Caldwell averaged 9.5 points and 6.3 rebounds a contest during her senior season.
