Suspect Being Sought In Theft Case

A stolen purse has the Memphis Police Department seeking help in identifying a man seen in video surveillance at two local establishments.

Anyone that can help identify the suspect, seen above, is asked to contact the Memphis Police Department at 660-465-2611.

Officers are investigating the theft of a purse from the Gingerbread House restaurant on November 15th.

A credit card and an ATM card from the purse were used the following day, at Exchange Bank of Northeast Missouri and Gas & More, where video surveillance captured images of a white male, believed to be age 18-25, approximately 5'10 - 6' tall, with gotee facial hair and long side burns, wearing square-rimmed glasses, a camouflage coat, blue jeans and a dark colored flat-billed FOX ball cap.
