Margaret Elizabeth Perry, 95, passed from this life on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Life Care Center of Brookfield, Missouri. No funeral services are scheduled. Her remains will be quietly laid to rest at Memphis Cemetery, Memphis, Missouri.

Margaret was born July 28, 1915 at Lancaster, Missouri, daughter of Charles Robert and Edna (Nichols) Perry. She married Robert Wallace Perry in June 1938. He preceded her in death in 1965.

Margaret was a homemaker all her life and volunteered with patient assistance for polio victims in the 1940's. She had a green thumb and loved growing flowers and vegetable gardening. She also loved to elk hunt while residing in Oregon prior to relocating to Missouri in 1996.

Survivors include one son, Kenneth Perry, Brookfield; nephews Larry A. Perry, Kerens, TX and Charles (Chuck) Perry; great nieces Debbie and David Martz, Brookfield; Terry and Jody Schonberner, Independence, MO; great nephews Robert and Connie Perry, Paris, MO; Charles and Kelly Perry, Roanoke, TX; Larry and Tonya Perry, Lewisville, TX and Richard Perry, Dallas, TX; other relatives include cousins Rex and JoAnn Eastin and family, New Caney, TX and Irene and Bob Gosser, Queen City, MO; numerous great-great nieces and nephews; and great-great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Charles Allen Perry.
