PATRICIA ANN PIERCE (6/11/1941 - 5/6/2011)

Patricia Ann Pierce, age 69, of Ewing, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 6, 2011, at her residence in Ewing.

She was born in Scotland County, Missouri, on June 11, 1941, the daughter of Rolla Robert and Emma Pearl Thomas Sears.

She was united in marriage to Ronnie D. Pierce at Downing, Missouri, on July 5, 1959.

Surviving are her husband Ronnie D. Pierce of Ewing, Missouri, three children, Harry E. Pierce and wife Becky of Camdenton, Missouri, Ronnie Lee Pierce and wife Judy of Maywood, Missouri, and Felicia Wiggins and husband Kevin of Marceline, Missouri, four grandchildren, Sara Pierce, Leanne Pierce, Kalina Kuntz, Lucretia Kuntz, three step grandchildren, David Murry, Dana Reid, Keri Wiggins and several great grandchildren. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Ronnie Dean Pierce and one daughter Candace I. Pierce.

Patricia was a housewife and homemaker. She received her education at Memphis, Missorui. She and her husband resided at Durham, Missouri for fifty years and for the last three years have resided at Ewing, Missouri. Patricia was a member of the Durham United Methodist Church. She enjoyed flowers, painting, drawing and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Hudson-Rimer funeral Home in Edina, Missouri. Reverend Steve Martin officiated the services. Burial was in the Etna Cemetery west of Wyaconda, Missouri. Musical selections were "Old Rugged Cross", "Some Bodies Hero", "Will The Circle Be Unbroken", "Seven Spanish Angels", and "You're Beautiful".

Casket bearers were Ronnie Lee Pierce, Judy Pierce, Harry Eugene Pierce, Becky Pierce, Kevin Wiggins and Felicia Wiggins. Honorary bearers were Leanne Pierce, Lucretia Kuntz, Kalina Kuntz and Sara Pierce.
