Beatrice E. Watson, age 90, of Arbela, MO, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, IA.

Beatrice was born October 31, 1922 near Luray, MO, a daughter of Howard and Myrtle Johnson Teter.

She married Claude Palmer and they were the parents of three daughters, Teresa, Cheryl, and Sharon. She later married Raymond Watson who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Teresa (Mrs. Dean) Wurtzel of New London, IA and Cheryl Palmer of Brighton, IA; a son-in-law, Rick Cluney of Danville, IA; five grandchildren: Kendra Lyons of Burlington, IA, Regina Wurtzel (Mrs. Thad) Ford of Wauwatosa, WI, Wendy (Mrs. Ryle) Roseke of Lowden, IA, Erick Cluney of Des Moines, IA and Trisha Cluney of Danville, IA; six great-grandchildren: Skylar and Kelsey Lyons, and Georgette, Remsey, Tessa and Rylee Roseke; a sister, Doris Timmermann of Burlington, IA; as well as other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond Watson; and daughter, Sharon Cluney.

Bea attended school in Granger. She worked a period of time at Swift and Co. and retired from Sheller Globe.

She loved attending Blue Grass festivals and Old Threshers. She enjoyed gardening, growing flowers, watching birds and caring for her cats. She also enjoyed collecting dolls.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka with Pastor Randy Langner officiating. Special music was recordings "Everything I Do, I Do it For You" and "I Won't Let Go".

Pallbearers were Rick Cluney, Erick Cluney, Lyle Palmer and Ronnie Kice.

Burial was in the Combs Cemetery at Luray.

Memorials were suggested to the Combs Cemetery.
