Hannah Kiddoo Tells Missouri Life Readers There is 'No Place Like Home'

Readers of the June 2013 edition of Missouri Life Magazine will have the opportunity to learn a lot more about Memphis.

Author Hannah Kiddoo, a Memphis native, has plenty to say about her home town in the four-page spread about the northeast Missouri town.

The article features interviews with Fred Clapp, Florine Forrrester and Janet Gerth and tells the magazine's readers a little bit about the history of the community, including the Pheasant Airplane and Ella Ewing as well as many of the town's landmarks like Keith's Cafe and the Memphis Theatre.

The feature is written in the first person, with Kiddoo attempting to explain to readers, not only where she is from, but what makes her hometown so special.

Missouri Life magazine is available at most book stores and magazine racks across the state. For more information on receiving a copy visit missourilife.com.
