Sanchez Sentenced to Seven Years in DOC
A Memphis man found guilty of manufacturing methamphetamine was sentenced to the Department of Corrections on June 5th.
Derek M. Sanchez received a seven year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections on the class B felony charge. Sanchez entered a guilty plea before Judge Gary Dial in the First Circuit Court in Memphis.
Patrick Eugene Bernand also appeared before Judge Dial on the June 5th law day.
Bernand entered a guilty plea to the class D felony of perjury in a procedure not involving a felony. He was sentenced to four years in the Missouri DOC. The execution of the sentence was suspended and Bernand was placed on five years supervised probation.
