A special welcome home will honor the 50-year Class of 1963, including Fred Curtis, Linda Garmon Gilmer, Kay Kiefer Brillhart, Kenny Mayfield, Steve Oliver, Sandy Gilmer Stout, Gurden Tague and Jim White. 1963 classmates deceased are Tom Colton, Charlie Gilmer, Linda McManus Lough, and Gary Swearingen. The Classes of 1943 and 1953 will also be recognized.

The GHS Classes of 1962, 1963, and 1964 are planning a prebanquet get together for Friday evening (Oct 11) at Shelle B's in Memphis and a light lunch at the Gorin School Auditorium for Saturday, Oct. 12, at noon. Elaine Ewing Forrester is the organizer for these events.

Email notices are being sent. Please send your email address to Donna Tague Bailey at djbailey@truman.edu to receive information regarding the banquet in that manner. All teachers, students and friends of Gorin High School are welcome and invited to attend. Contact Treasurer Ronnie Boyer, Arbela, for more information and reservations.
